Privacy Policy

When you use SignSide, we collect your email address (to sign you in), the dealer quote, buyer's order or purchase worksheet you choose to upload, and the deal information we read from it — such as vehicle details, dealer name, prices, fees, add-ons, trade-in and financing terms. If you purchase the full analysis, we keep a payment record (never your card number) tied to that deal.

Dealer quotes and buyer's orders can contain sensitive personal information. Please remove or cover Social Security numbers and any other sensitive personal information that isn't needed to analyze the deal before uploading.

Uploaded dealer documents are stored privately. They are never given a public link and can only be accessed by the account that uploaded them.

Source documents are scheduled for deletion 30 days after upload. The structured deal and report data (the numbers and analysis, not the document itself) may remain until you delete the deal. You can delete a deal — including its document and all associated analysis — at any time from your report.

To provide the service, some data is processed by third-party providers:

• AI document analysis, to read the numbers from your quote
• MarketCheck, for advertised vehicle listing data
• Supabase, for hosting, authentication and storage
• Stripe, for payment processing

SignSide does not sell your personal information. We don't use your deal data for advertising, and we never receive or store your payment card number.

You can delete any deal — along with its uploaded document and analysis — directly from the report page. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at privacy@getsignside.com (support inbox coming soon).
